CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Late Arrival Policy ☀️ Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you’re running late, please send me a quick text so I know you’re on your way. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I appreciate as much notice as possible. No-shows or appointments canceled without notice may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
